Act The Way you Want to Feel

Its sort of the “fake it till you make it” philosophy but it actually can work. With anxiety, chronic pain, or really any life stressors (which lets be honest we can all name a million) some times you literally have to just act the way you want to feel! Especially when you have a child to take care of. I don’t want her to see how I really feel sometimes. Once and a while I cannot help but cry in front of my one year old and I beat myself up over it but I think it is ok. She should know that crying can be ok and is a natural release of emotion. However, most of the time I want to be happy around here so I throw a smile on and start acting silly with her. Some times it does not work but a lot of times it does.
