Juicing for Chronic Pain

I began juicing when I was pregnant with Kayci (never thinking it would help my chronic pain) Whether it does or doesn’t for people with chronic pain, its still awesome for your body and I love it! Ginger has been proven to help people with inflammation as it contains anti-inflammatory compounds called gingerols. Spinach is one of the healthiest foods one can eat or drink in my opinion. Spinach is high if Vitamins C, K, A, Magnesium, and Vitamins B12 and B6. Even if you do not like spinach when you juice it with other things you don’t even know its there. My one year old daughter drinks spinach almost daily and has no clue (as does my husband shhhh) Oranges are packed with vitamin C and tastes amazing helping to disguise the taste of certain veggies one may not like. Cucumbers are 95 percent water keeping the body hydrated and eliminating toxins, Carrots are loaded with vitamin A which assists the liver in flushing out toxins from the body. I love to come up with random juice recipes I make up. My favorite staple (which is very odd) is ginger. Something about it just gives me a huge boost for the day.
